Smartmatic was not used in the U.S. in the 2020 election (it is used in Europe). Powell promoted conspiracy theories about it.
But Dominion was widely used (including in AZ where they had the massive ballot audit). Not as much as ES&S, however.

lawsuit. The reason is, after getting sued by Dominion and losing the the case. Then fined millions by the court. They also have a suit filed by Smartmatic pending. They can’t afford any more lawsuits. Just reading between the lines.

Any attorneys think this data can be used to replicate the Smartmatic suit against Fox? Surely, some residents, businesses, or Portland itself can be shown to have damages therefore standing. Discovery could be quite interesting.

And something tells me that as their base becomes unable to afford health insurance, groceries, gas, rent, etc., they may not be as entertained by Fox’s “top” stories being about Trump building $300M ballroom.
