well I was annoyed with the interruption but the light was really good... I have been doing Yoga Qigong running and Shotokan for a long time and am happy to have some pics that show my physique - the glamour shots with their soft light do not....

thank u 😊 the glamour pics I shoot are soft light and do not show my body definition - this is why I love art nudes. Many years of Yoga Qigong running and Shotokan - I want it to show! But not so much broken collar bone from sparring Shotokan tho 😉

We train in Shotokan. I'm currently a Green belt and my son is a Yellow Belt/Green Stripe. Our Sensei is so lovely. She's in her 60s and absolutely incredible at what she does. When we returned last week she gave me a big hug and was so happy to see us again. It feels like a family.

there is some truth to this - I am in the best physical shape of my life due to rigorous pursuit of Yoga Qigong Shotokan running and weight machines. But even with this the appearance begins to show age. I believe in continuing to be youthful in attitude but this does not make aging go away.
