Instead of testing for bias from potential misspecification of model restrictions, it's nearly optimal to adapt, averaging restricted and unrestricted estimates using data-driven weights. shinyApp: buff.ly/MmMdwf4 Paper: buff.ly/HsuV7ep

Last step in getting shinyApp to autogenerate layers (find layers in geopackage |> create reactive data |> create observations |> display layer) is now working for the test layer. Soon, both known and unknown layers will be picked up via st_layers() and displayed automatically in the map 😁

Thank you. I've heard of R, but never heard of this shinyapp- and that the ministries expose these public UI's for it. I'm intrigued.

As far as I’m concerned, #webr and #shinylive is indistinguishable from magic.

I can’t believe that since first installing #quarto-webr a few hours ago till now, I’ve gotten a relatively complicated #shinyapp exported, deployed, and running serverless.

This is magic. #rstats

[Beta test] ggPlantmap + shinyapp.
Seeking help from the community:
I created a function that allows users to create interactive shiny apps to navigate through multiple values (ex: genes) on top of their #ggPlantmap.

I really like my #shinyapp for real state reports
So much that I what to talk about it in a conference haha

I created a psychometric shinyApp to calculate scale scores from your own data. It calculates alpha and omega, runs an EFA, calculates test and item information, plots a partial correlation network graph, and more. I plan to add more, and feedback is welcome: gregdepow.com?page_id=429 #stats #psych

My friend is trying to get the most bird species for her state this year on eBird, so I whipped up a little ShinyApp that downloads checklists from the state from the past 5 days and then tells her where to go to find birds she still needs on her list! I gotta find a way to market this haha

I immediately tried to download the software but in order 1) the Perseus 2.1. 3.0 session does not open on my computer, 2) I can't open the R shinyapp. What am I doing wrong?

Much thanks to Eddie for doing this -- and check out his shinyapp projection tool linked in the post. (And admire how Mastodon allows this conversation to take place across platforms)
