2/2 ........ - on that programme he did try occasionally show some support/balance for the independence side, but on the one Scotcast programme I've seen (and never again) his a different character and very much toe-ing the BBC line. Had he perhaps been threatened with loss of his pocket money??

Scotcast last night was on topic. They had a guest on who was too meek in stating the case that BBC Scotland in particular was biased during the IndyRef. And so in the end, Geissler & Co just sat back in their chairs with that smug look, as if to say, 'there, we've discussed it, all is well.'

Also, cracking episode of Scotcast!

Since Ken Bruce went to Greatest Hits and Jonathan Meades cannon has went silent I did find myself questioning the value. I would miss Martin Gieslers Scotcast I guess and Sarah McMullans fantastic hair. Eastenders? Strictly with the right wing bosh twat? Traitors? Kussenberg? Nah.

Stumbled on Liz Lloyd having a go at bbc Scotland on Scotcast, with Brian Taylor and Martin Geissler, who are suggesting BBC condense long pieces into 30 second sound bites, which may result in BBC getting it slightly wrong sometimes.
Mmm…yes that’s it. 🤔

He was on Scotcast about a fortnight ago and I emailed in a complaint about the episode. Surprisingly I received a response. Not Surprisingly it was the usual 'the BBC isn't biased' and neither is Dr Kennedy.

One thing I love about the STV News app is it’s solid commitment not to update on a Sunday morning. It’s When are people home and free to read the news? Let’s make sure it’s yesterday’s.

Might listen to BBC Scotcast instead, for the intro by someone too bored even to enthuse about their own show.
