We really need to be talking about this more, esp. now.
As researchers, we need flexibility; we need interdisciplinarity; we need the ability to evolve and branch (also to stave off burnout).
Science is built on exchange of ideas, and stifling new voices is not how we move forward.

The workshop series aims at creating an interdisciplinary, internationally recognized Nordic research network in the science of science.
