If Supermarkets really want to reduce food waste, then they should reduce the prices on a sliding scale leading up to the sell-by-date. Not just on the sell-by-date itself. It's ridiculous that a loaf of bread that goes off tomorrow costs the same as one that goes off in a week.

Something that is little communicated to IT people of smaller companies (where I came from) by massive IT orgs (me now) is how delicate the attacker is.
Nobody hacks a hospital on purpose. They operate at a scale by mechanisms you don't understand, and randomly end up there, and just do it anyway.
