We need to put the onus on property owners to fix these, but give them resources to do it, if needed.

Jackson St must have some of the WORST sidewalks to no where, but those one takes the cake.

The boards for the retaining wall help provide scale. Easily 6" per board making that a 2+ foot hill.

In this case, a large silver maple is the culprit. Many of these have reached the end of their lifespan in our neighborhood.

I would remove and replace these heaved slabs as though the tree wasn't going to be there.
