The #STSItalia conference was a great chance to reconnect with terrific scholars and people I admire. 🎡

I was glad to present two contributions about: i. the social narratives and forms of trust around AI in healthcare; ii. an ethnographic account of the production of an AI-powered chatbot.

This week Zita Van Horenbeeck, social scientist at VPH, is presenting her PhD research at #STSItalia in Milan: a reflection on the evolving concept of trust within the #InSilicoMedicine community, a topic increasingly relevant as digital tools make their way into healthcare systems.
