Video of Mr Carlos Moedas, Mayor of Lisbon, reading the Sea'Ties Declaration and talks about how Lisbon is confronted with and tackling sea level rise. This video was produced in the context of the "Cities and their territories tackling sea level rise" event organised by The Ocean & Climate Platform, the French Government and the City of Brest, with the support of Bloomberg Philanthropies during the One Ocean Summit (9-11 February, Brest). The objective of this event was to bring together mayors of coastal cities around the "Cities and their Territories Tackling Sea Level Rise" declaration: a call to gather coastal cities and territories around adaptation to sea level rise.
