The warframe wiki says the techrot scaart only spawns as an assassination target in faceoff missions, but I know I killed two of them on a hell scrubber mission soon after 1999 first launched. Except I'm pretty sure the game still had them labeled as an eximus babau. Anyone else? #warframe
