Some soldering work I did on my fat PS2 with the RetroGEM HDMI kit. I'm by no means a professional but I think I did a good job. PS2 has HDMI output for pure digital video and audio now :3

I can 100% do HDMI install on an N64, Ive done many of the PixelFX RetroGEM
Im also not aware of any SNES HDMI mod personally

Around $450-$500 to get my PS3 re-capped and GPU swapped to keep it alive much longer
But also that's the same price as getting a Retrogem installed in my PS2
And only $100 less than getting a fully kitted out Dreamcast

Nice rack. 😆 My next project is a PS2 fatty with McB and HDD. I think I even still have an old SATA hdd to use & got a Retrogem in my HHL cart. Our setup will be GC, Wii U, Sega Genesis, PS2/3/5 and Switch. I'd like to get a Dreamcast down the line too. So far mostly built handhelds.

Most pain in the butt system I’ve worked on. 😭
Issue after issue with this 3DO but making progress.
Currently the PixelFX Retrogem Shiny will not output anything above 480p.
Just no HDMI signal.
WiFi also crashes the PixelFX menu when trying to enable it…

Pretty pleased with this Dreamcast RetroGEM HDMI install. Say what you will about the company, but it's a fun kit. Flex cable lines up real nice... and it gives me an excuse to bust out the Dremel to separate the expansion port.
