Absolutely. But I wonder (1) if machines can be taught to do that and (2) much more importantly - if they can, is that a good thing?
At the same time there needs to be a massive rethink about how government supports local self-organising groups a-la @hilarycottam.bsky.social 's #RadicalHelp.
