Quite a storm last night but mostly dry today, 15°C.
Lunch is stewed rabbit leg w prunes, a simple endive salad + croquettes.
Delicious ‘18 Château d’Ercole, St. Émilion Grand Cru. Dark fruit, velvety, molten tannins. 90-92

Dry, sunny, but only 18°C. But still very pleasant!
Lunch is superb rabbit with prunes (just 2 legs!) w fresh endive salad + croquettes.
Pairing w Lapa Reserva (Touriga Nacional, 14%ABV) was one of my better decisions!

I love no-cooking days!
What a treat it is to just warm up a 2nd serving & cook some potatoes with it. Minimal effort for a great result!
