Whilst unloading the moth trap at #RSPBLakenheathFen I was thoroughly distracted by this Ichnuemon Wasp, which I think is Eutanyacra picta, with only 1 confirmed UK record on the NBN atlas! #PSL #PanSpeciesListing

Another clearwing moth at #RSPBLakenheathFen today, the Red-tipped Clearwing. This was a total surprise, just sat there on a leaf, no lure needed!

A Caspian Tern stands in mud on the Hockwold Washes. It has a large carrot of a Bill, black cap, pale grey upper parts and black in the flight feathers.
