Such a pointless system because ever drives don't work on it. So even though it has an overclock feature you can't play any romhacks. It is really weird to me considering they used an SD2SNES to test the SNES system.

tbf I guess, it is *mostly* pokemon romhacks and a handful of translation patches or things like rosy retrospection for gameboy tetris (added modern tetris features to it) so it wouldn't be too tough to do

struggling to decide when organizing my ROM/emulation files if it makes sense to keep patch files for romhacks, mostly cause it adds another layer to organization cause now I'll have to separate those out by console or base game 🫠

All of these are fair points. My thinking was that I've seen different homebrew engines, romhacks and even official games for each system that seems to push what their respective hardware can do, some almost seeming to produce similar results to one another...

What I'm currently working on:
When 3D racers are enabled, the small ranking portraits now also show the current appearance (even with costumes!).
This is done by capturing image data from the frame buffer in the Player Select screen.

I hate my brain and how I got myself so used to abusing speed up in Pokemon, that when I'm playing normal ass romhacks and I disable it, I'm still constantly trying to speed up.

está ultra mimado, yo nunca estuve en temas romhacks pero busqué a ver cuál decían que era el mejor y el 99% de veces leía unbound y digo venga vamos a ver
y pfff de verdad. Los stats de los pokes en la pokedex, saltarte todas las escenas si ya lo has jugado, tiene detalles para todo

He estado muy fuera de las romhacks durante bastantes años. Y de verdad me parece magia lo que han hecho con este juego. Y eso he leído, que el postgame es larguísimo.

it's really cozy! it's not one of those very difficult romhacks. it feels more or less like a normal pokemon game, the battles are more challenging but it's nothing crazy. it's more in line like how you'd hope a pokemon game to be i guess. not too easy and not too hard. i really like the region

Si vous voulez comprendre à quel point Pokémon seront toujours au minimum de bons jeux, il faut voir du coté des romhacks à quel point certains ne savent absolument pas faire un bon game design quand il s'agit de créer de toutes nouvelles aventures.
