Grebennikov became RAEC's head in 2022, after a career at the Regional Public Center for Internet Technologies (ROCIT). Notably, ROCIT co-founded the Internet Development Institute, which has since shifted focus to producing state-funded 'patriotic' content.

Very moved by this great opening panel at annual @associationruta.bsky.social conference. Our colleaque within #rocit project, #TetianaStorozhko talked abt importance of collecting testimonies & documenting Romani experience of war and displacement.

Finally, this paper is both painful and powerful reflection on the experiences gathered by my co-workers and colleagues from the ROCIT (rocit.pl) project, both as activists and researchers. Especially today, it stands as a stark reminder of how dearly we need solidarities. Now more than ever.
