Lyon scowled. "Nobody asked you."

The daemon shrugged. "I just thought it might sound rather familiar, wouldn't you say?" He hummed, drumming his talons along the armrest. "How many pieces of me, do you think, are slowly becoming pieces of you?"

The dreams, he realised with a sinking, twisting feeling in his stomach. The thought discomforted him enough to whirl from his desk, already striding half-way across the chamber before he'd registered it. "Enough of this," he snapped. "I will never be like you."

The priest struck him with his palm. Hard. Hard enough to throw Roathe sideways on the couch for a moment; long enough for him to realise what he'd done. That the Orokin hadn't likely ever been denied in such a manner. His anger wavered like a flame, suddenly oscillating between uncertainty and disgust as he hovered over him. Then the daemon huffed.

"Well," Roathe breathed, slowly turning back towards him, tonguing at the corner of his mouth with an infuriatingly pleased smirk. "Maybe there's still hope for you yet, master."

was speaking of VA here. what i didnt realize is that the director actually streamed herself playing ff14, loved the character, then made roathe with inspiration and hired the same VA. and if thats not powerful enough, she put the character she voices (lotus) in a debug scene kissing him. power move
