i got familiar with the control scheme... the strange touch sensor buttons do need getting used to. i haven't quite got it down, but i'm getting there. the egg hatched into a smart blue tamabotchi. since baby forms are usually dedicated work, i set aside the evening to just spend time with him until he reached child form. eventually, tamabotchi became puchitomatchi and went to bed, so i did too. the following morning, i got to try some of the minigames. hula hooping and the coffee cup games require steadily swiping back and forth, not too much or too little. i also tried out the camera features! taking a photo of my iced coffee and another random object, i made blancmange. since we're trying for gozarutchi, i regretfully have to neglect this child a bit, once more. please be strong... today is a day that ends in 0, so it's an eco day. the ecousatchi said it's because there should be zero waste. so p-tomatchi helped them clean up the park. july 14, 2025 -pixtama- we got a lot done this weekend. p-tomatchi grew into terukerotchi. and eventually, i woke up yesterday morning to gozarutchi! i got to know this fellow all over again. he loves to eat homemade blancmange, and playing on his fluffy cloud and paraglider. he has an artistic soul, as he started out with a home chef profession. today though, he seems to have changed to becoming a designer. he takes after me, i think. today's theme is nature, so we played fruit fall. speaking of which, after watering the trees in the yard, our first batch of fruit was twin cherries. -unitama- i purchased the cute lily flowers from a tamaverse outfit the other day, but it used up most of the money i saved up. but actually, all that money came from the berryland minigame. i was able to get into the zone with preparing those cakes... eventually though, i swapped to the angel festival dlc for weeptchi's cute room. however, that breakout minigame ... it's a bit difficult to consistently get the three stars! i decided to try the pokopea land dlc to check it out as well, and see if that minigame was any good. but to my horror, it was a difficult rhythm game! i decided for the time being i'd swap back to berryland and work on getting some money back. then we can go back to the others. my girlfriend is experienced at rhythm games, so i wonder how she'll fare at pokopea's... july 18, 2025 -unitama- we woke up to another mail delivery. tama paradise researchers are in need, so they gave us a lab coat. it's quite big on weeptchi. i don't believe i'll be getting the paradise, especially since picking up pixtama. but who knows? maybe i'll come across one on sale. for now, though, i'm happy with my three v-pets. -pixtama- i've been taking care of gozarutchi. i heard that tamas will leave back to their home planet after about a week and will gain a profession based on the job they practiced with the most. by all means, gozarutchi would likely become a sushi chef. however, since i was able to max our bond to best friends, i think gozarutchi will be staying for good. i just had to entice him with plenty of matcha parfaits. (i don't blame him.)
