I was out with my post boxing pal when we arrived at this post box at the same time as the postie. We asked if we could take a photograph of the inside as we were members of @lbsg1976 and we were having our AGM around the corner. 📮 #postboxsaturday #PostBoxDiary

At first glance this is just another shabby looking George V Type B pillar box, but that shabbiness reveals its past as a blue Airmail post box! One of the failed post box experiments from the 1930s. 📮 #postboxsaturday #PostBoxDiary
