Have played around with few size VRchat worlds (only on quest atm) and here's couple personal recommendations:
Micro PolyCity 1:10
-Stomp around in city with running NPCs and throwable objects
Chill Size Room
-Cozy space with food and toys (grappling hooks!)
Thad Recursive Room (PC)
-A suprise :)

Unfortunately for now, I’ve only a limited play space – maybe 4ft x 5ft. Whilst I won’t be able to walk around much, it’s certainly enough to play about!
Will have to check out that map! I assume you can spawn in micros? Or is it like PolyCity and they're already running about?

Not heard of the Recursive Room though, so will take a look! Out of curiosity, does it have things to do solo, or are other people required?

"Crush Carpet" by Kitsunaki, Lets you crush cars.
"Micro PolyCity 1:10" by Rayverak, is a scaled down city with crushable pedestrians (not graphic or anything, they just sorta lay down.)
& "Thad Recursive Room" by Thad Gyther, is a fun world for sizey stuff with friends.
