Same here! but lol lesson learned - next time will definitely specify using DHL or USPS or something when buying from taobao/taobao agents. The last mile is apparently delivered by PiggyShip which does not have glowing reviews, oops!

I hate piggyship 😭 they were soooo bad and I had to harass both their "customer service" and ali seller to get some packages delivered

Ordered something that just got shipped via "PiggyShip" and when I google "PiggyShip" all I find is the worst website ever made and an endless Reddit about how PiggyShip steals packages and sometimes sends dick pics. I don't think I'm getting my new bag
