1. 二酸化バナジウム(VO2)は室温付近で抵抗率が急激に変化する(絶縁体-金属相転移)ので、半導体材料として注目を集めている

2. VO2は保有する電子が互いに強く影響しあうので、シリコン系とは異なり電子の反発作用が重要
