The Arteta out people really perplex me. Are they just not willing to admit they were wrong. FFS, we lead in virtually all the good metrics & are down on all the bad metrics. Obviously I want us to win the league & many other titles but would love it just to shut up these ppl

Huge lines for fast/fast casual food places perplex me. The only one I understood was when they opened the first Jollibee when I lived down in Jacksonville. That one's a cultural touchstone for Filipinos.

Haven't really put too much weight into them since 2019, somehow the TGAs just always manages to find new ways to perplex me. (I.e. Sonic 3's snub, Pizza Tower somehow losing in 2023, I hadn't even played it at the time either; goes to show that it was shocking regardless if you played it or not)

My wife @happyblackchick.bsky.social has me watching the Cinderella TV movie from ‘97 for the first time (I was overseas when it came out) and some of the choices perplex me. Whoopi’s dolphin noises are peak, though!
