I’ve been editing music like crazy though, and been doing a lot of modding stuff, but actually engaging with ff14 as a game or a community has just disappeared. I’ve played the game since SHB and this has been the most outcast I’ve felt since before joining the venue scene.

I really love The Wizard and I from Wicked.... all the vibes just really feel like my cat. An outcast magic user given hope that their abilities are important and useful. It really does fit perfectly. Especially that need for your abilities to be useful to someone.

They're almost like old friends, now. The area they stay in is separate from areas where other mallards live in large numbers. Are they outcast? I see them feeding, swimming around, living their life alone.

I explained to my coworker that me and other people at a Pentecostal wedding were huddled together because we’re all the outcast gay kids and it was both a relief and terrifying to basically say ‘I’m gay and was around other gay people’
It feels so scary to just be myself around coworkers.

I don't know what to do as a tribal person who was outcast by their family for being queer and having mixed lineage -- despite most of the family being of mixed heritage to begin with.
They wouldn't teach me the language, they wouldn't involve me in the dances, or teach me the arts.

Maybe it was because I was young, but it didn't matter what your skin color was or what gender you were, we were all considered losers who liked to watch anime, play video games, etc and that was okay because we were all outcast together. We were just happy to find someone who shared common interest
