Facing the taxonomic impediment — a reassessment of Merulanella Verhoeff, 1926 (Oniscidea, Armadillidae) through historical specimens
The taxonomic impediment has been identified as a problem for conservation biology since 1988. Although several measures have been developed to overcome it, major non-specialized scientific publishers...

And as I said the other day, strikingly different patterns of evolution in different types of crustaceans (there were no crabs at all yet when Oniscidea diverged)
Among crustaceans, many different scenarios for how they came to terrestrial habitats. For crabs, it happened many times and is probably still evolving.

For isopods, only once (but they became even more terrestrial than any crab). And insects once, of course!
