I've got the rg350m rg351m and rgArc-D and regret all three.
Anbernic software such a Pita. at least with miyoo mini you have lots of CFW options like OnionOS if you don't like the OS that comes with it.
That said Analog Pocket is insanely good.

oh! you planning on messing with the replacement OSes for it? last i checked OnionOS was pretty nice to use and i think they got DS and Pico-8 games working?

Miyoo has teased (or revealed, really) the Miyoo Flip Mini
Looks awesome!! Same internals as MMV4 and MMP - so OnionOS will be easy to adapt to it.
And WIFI!!!
That said, Miyoo's track record with hinges is pretty terrible. I'm likely waiting until people review it.

I got a Miyoo Mini V4 today.
Not a super fan of the plastic feel (got the white version), but I have to say, the screen is beauty. Not quite TrimUI Brick levels, but real, real nice.
It's also so cute and small, I'm totally going to try to carry it around in my pocket!

It's the Miyoo Mini Plus.
It's good but you gotta immediately replace the stock SD card and install OnionOS (custom firmware) onto it.
It'll play everything up to GBA perfectly, and PS1 perfectly with a bit of overclock!

I finally think that I prefer the software and battery experience of using the Miyoo Mini Plus with OnionOS to the Anbernic RG35XXSP using Knulli. I feel the passive battery drain is kinda bad on both but worse on the anbernic

Miyoo Mini+ flashed with OnionOS is the best option as long as you are cool with PS1 and below. The DS emulation is also pretty decent too for most games. Excellent Pokémon nostalgia device.

At a buddy's today, he showed me this. Analogue Puchi Pocket? Very sexy, same size as the #miyoo mini+. He said the screen has a higher resolution. Visible size is smaller though. Can it run #onionos? Buttons felt mushy though, which is important to me, I like the buttons of the mini+.

After the tape mod and MuOS Pixie, it is really compelling as my favorite emulation handheld.
I still love the Brick's screen and PakUI, and the Miyoo Mini and OnionOS.
But there's something fun about a clamshell device

I love my miyoo mini and I do not use it enough, onionOS is great - but why is the wifi chip so awful.
That is my biggest gripe, that the wireless transfer to it sucks lol.

I'm going to try out Allium OS, which is like a middle ground between the two?
I know I lose game switcher but while it is neat, I don't see myself using too much.

Loving the CubeXX but neither Knulli or muOS are filling the huge shoes of OnionOS for me. 😔

I wouldn't count on the miyoo flip tbh, the videos they've shown so far look awful and the a30 didn't even get onionOS yet, the SP already has many choices for CFW

The Miyoo Mini Plus arrived and I've grabbed a matching case with it. The translucent colour is evocative of the classic GBC Atomic Purple, but when put side by side you can see it's much more saturated.
Gotta find some time later in the week to put OnionOS on it and play around.
