As a child, Elizabeth A. faced medulloblastoma with surgery, radiation, & chemotherapy. Treatment is behind her, but she still manages lasting effects, including three meningiomas.

🎗️ #NationalCancerSurvivorsMonth recognizes the people who have bravely battled cancer. Appendix Cancer is considered rare, affecting around 2-9 people per 1M in the US each year. Some studies indicate that its incidence is increasing in people under the age of 50.
