#NYTfood
Love it when peeps do the ol' "I have this food I need to use..." and deliciousness abounds in the comments....
Reminder that there's a free NYTfood recipe links feed, which is how I find these things:

you tell them to stop supporting NYT because of their newsroom

they go but we like nytfood

you remind them of seis leches or the peas in guac

they go but we play wordle

September 12, 2023 at 8:08 PM
Super !
August 20, 2023 at 4:42 PM

Hypothetically speaking . . . it may be a very good day to make a pan of baked pasta (thanks, @nytfood!) while drinking red wine and dancing around your apartment in your bathrobe to #Motown @Pandora . . . hypothetically speaking.

One of the few things that gives me life these days is the @nytfood e-mails from @SamSifton.

Even if I still don't feel much like cooking, reading those recipes and their comments and pinning them is a hopeful gesture that we will enjoy life again.
November 17, 2024 at 12:48 AM
Hey, @SamSifton!

Thanks to you, I am having an amazing peanut-butter/homemade pickle/sriracha on toast* for lunch.

Much obliged.

*I learned long ago to keep sliced bread in the freezer.
