CBRE IM acuerda la compra a Madison del 10% de Nestar y venderá los pisos uno a uno
CBRE IM sigue los pasos de los grandes inversores en vivienda y privatizará los pisos de Nestar. Así lo han asegurado diferentes fuentes del sector a elEconomista.es, que apuntan que la gestora ya ha alcanzado un acuerdo con Madison International Realty, socio minoritario del vehículo de pisos en alquiler, para adquirir su 10%. De este modo, CBRE IM consolidaría su posición como socio mayoritario de Nestar, plataforma de casi 9.000 viviendas, en la que también cuenta con una pequeña participación Azora, que a su vez es la gestora operativa de la cartera.

IMO it was the owners of the local stations in America (Sinclair Broadcasting) and (Nestar) who were the real culprits in ABC's idiotic decision to remove Jimmy Kimmel from the air, and now I see Trump lover (Sinclair Broadcasting) is doubling down for their dear leader.

Ok, I keep getting asked about how to complain about Kimmel. The best way to complain that will have the biggest impact? See if you have a Sinclair or nestar station in your area. 2. Watch the local newscast tonight or some time this week. 3. Note the companies that bought tv adverts. 4. Call them and let them know you will boycott them until they quit supporting that media company. Trust me. I worked in tv for 45 years. Nothing you do will have greater impact. Nothing. This is a much more effective tool than cancelling Disney. We did cancel Disney but calling Joe's Jeep dealership who is buying adds on the local nexstar station will have a BIG impact. Joe doesn't need that grief. He will find another station to buy adverts on.
