tbf this is a Gothicmade and not a Mortarheadd. Nagano rebooted the series design wise and made the newer designs crazier. (MH Knight of Gold on left. GTM Magnapalace on right.)

Also – do you like Jojo's style music references? Because Nagano is a big music guy too. "Mortarheadd" is a homophone for the band Motörhead in Japanese. A casual glance at my old tweets about FSS bring up references to Scritti Politti, Siouxsie and the Banshees, and the Wax Trax record label.
