Curses and Confessions mishadventure Chapter Management Edit Chapter Chapter 1: Patience Summary: Saphira Aelorothi, a sorcerer-wizard fey'ri tiefling, has finally found her way to the shadow-cursed lands alongside her companions, Karlach, Shadowheart, and Gale of Waterdeep. They had just fought off a horde of shadow creatures that had attacked a small group of Harpers when Gale made an unexpected confession. Notes: This started off as a response to a challenge prompt, but turned into a monster with a life of its own. The prompt was NSFW and "First Time". It turns out that if you put two characters - both somewhat reserved and relentless, shameless teases - in a room together to bang for the first time, there's bound to be a *lot* of set-up. Learn from my mistakes. ;) I tried to proofread this myself, but without having another pair of eyes to go over it, there may well be some typos and other errors. "We die like men," as they say. No Harm Shall Come To You By mishadventure Summary: It's been twenty years since the events of Baldur's Gate and the end of the Absolute crisis. Shortly thereafter, Devi, Astarion and Halsin decided to move to Reithwin - located in the erstwhile shadow-cursed lands - to start a new life together. Despite the passage of time, however, their past torments still deign to visit them on occasion, usually when they least expected it. Notes: This is a short one-shot that may eventually form part of a larger piece that explores the relationship between Devi, my drow dark urge bard, and her two partners in love and crime, Halsin Silverbough and Astarion Ancunin. Devi’s eyes slammed open as she registered the sound she'd just heard. A scream. But it wasn’t just anyone’s voice that she’d heard piercing through the dark numbness of her sleep. Pained, tormented, anguished. Astarion. Instinctively she reached for the dagger she always wore on a belt at her hip, only to find it wasn’t there. "It's quite thrilling," Gale said as he strode towards Saphi, his eyes transfixed on her, "to fight off such grim creatures as this region throws at us. Especially being at your side."
