I tend to think of early Birds of Prey adventures just involving Dinah and Barbara. But here in the miniseries follow up to the initial BoP one-shot, we see Dinah teaming up with future Bird member Huntress, as well as Catwoman.

Really enjoying the Charles Guiteau miniseries, and we should remember, as we argue about the beliefs of the guys who shot at Trump and who shot Kirk - out of the 12 presidential assassination attempts that actually got close, only 1* was motivated by specific hatred of the president's politics.

Yeah, @davidharper.bsky.social’s tapping into a real problem here. Just recently I noticed that since the beginning of 2020, Dark Horse Comics has not had a creator-driven comic run longer than two miniseries, except for those made with celebrities or Substack grants.

That’s fucking dire.
It's a high time for the direct market, but non-licensed comics — i.e. creator-owned + other original comics — are going through a "wildly unpredictable" period.

It’s a great time for the direct market. 1 Comic shops are thriving, new readers are getting onboard, and veteran fans are excited as well. More than that, the comics themselves are good, which genera...

I really enjoyed the miniseries as a kid up until the ending where it got a bit silly. I also liked the first movie; couldn't make it through the second. The series takes place earlier. They've added other King characters, like the chef from The Shining. I'd say it's at least decent.

- in the last decade of the Chicago Chronicles.

Last year's Savage Worlds WW2 game was a stealth Orpheus prequel, and the current 1999 miniseries is setting up one of the big plot points from Orpheus!

Death by Lightning is a fantastic miniseries. It was far more accurate than I expected going into it. I only wish they'd included the mysterious Julia Sand letters to Chester Arthur!

I hope it’s about you and Bob Goldthwaite collaborating on a medium-budget miniseries about Midwest cryptids that will air on MGM+ or something.

Maybe Tyler Labine, Aparna Nancherla and Erica Rhodes will star.

The events of Apollo 1 were dramatised in the HBO miniseries 'From The Earth To The Moon'. The second episode covers it very well, in my view, and is well worth a watch if you can find it.

In the first few episodes of the new James A. Garfield miniseries, Black Grand Army members are getting more screen time than they ever have in cinema, let alone any Grand Army veterans.

In exploring history, Death by Lightning is *making* history.
