I think all of this logically leads to the conclusion that there is an effort to increase the number and ratio of white nationalist in military service while purging the number of black people out of the military, into the grave or into prison cells. The clandestine  plan could be to start a civil war where White Supremacist are in complete control of military troops who have a preference or strong ties to white nationalism.
