Been out in CCICP at Infinity House and Eagle Bridge today asking staff to Reflect on Nature: Rest, Recharge & Reconnect. Staff have submitted their letters about what small things bring them joy and happy countryside memories. Even a microbreak looking at nature will improve your mood.

I have a thing where my to-do list features "50 situps" in each sixty-minute block, so I do 50 situps between 11am and noon, noon and 1, etc. It forces me to take a microbreak and get my heart rate up, but also it's not enough to make me break a sweat, I can get right back to work.
