TW: Vent
Whilst I look, sound, and act fine it doesn't mean I am, it cannot be further from the truth.

It being that I suffer both Physical and Mentalpain, sometimes so strong that I have Mask twice as hard to not Show how bad I am doing.

It's hard for me to cry and I feel ashamed of it.

Even when you look at the research for #mensmentalhealth they perhaps unfairly and unintentionally blame men as the soul proprietors of their #mentalpain this doesn't tell the whole story
