Just saw former NY Rep #MaxRose say Biden admin sat on the infrastructure $. Does he understand that Republicans missed that part in the preamble that says "... insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselve..."
