On our last day of #MagnaCarta1225 we welcomed our 5,500th visitor! Flavie & her Father Denis are in London from Quebec. They'd just been to the Royal Academy and were walking past when they saw our exhibition & popped in. Flavie gets a free gift from the shop to celebrate being our 5,500th visitor!

If you visit our building at Burlington House, you can see the motif of this lamp dotted around the building on floors, windows, walls etc. Come and see the original lamp and its depictions during #MagnaCarta1225 which is open Wed-Fri until 19 September.

This image is a toffee tin from Mackintosh & Sons. In the 1920s, Mackintosh and Sons devised a series of comic strips to promote their products. One series was devised by the illustrator George Morrow.

Drop by #MagnaCarta1225 today from 11am-3.30pm & enjoy an all-age workshop where you can take inspiration from handwritten scrolls & books & have a go at writing with a variety of dip pens & feather quills. Write with conventional ink or experiment with botanical inks like red cabbage & bindweed.

Join us from 11am-4pm (last entry 3.30pm) today for an all-age drop-in workshop with artist Sarah Newson, where you can make your own medieval style seal using a choice of air-drying clay, or rubber stamps and paper! These workshops are being run as part of our exhibition #MagnaCarta1225.
