Leg weakness from #MS causes screaming back pain. Turns out the cure to my back pain is to do nothing for days. Failing to do near-daily elliptical, PT/physio, and pilates makes my MS worse. Such is the cycle of #autoimmune hell.

Woke up at 4:30 all jittery (probably still from the steroids given prior to my Ocrevus infusion) Can’t for the life of me go back to sleep despite being utterly exhausted and feeling like total shit.
I think I’ll have to reschedule my MRI. I can’t face the tube of Despair.
