I'm not sure if this would work but try adding the MSIX to the process dependency graph via AddPackageDependency before loading the dll

This is just ridiculous - if sysprep can fail validation because of those #MSIX packages, then Microsoft should just add a sysprep option to nuke all of them on sight. They break sysprep, and we need to remove them anyway to get a clean Windows image

MSI (and 3rd parties) have pushed the reliability as far as the model allows, but without a fundamental model change they can't be perfect. Apps moving to MSIX see greatly improved install/update/uninstall reliability.

I understand what MSIX is trying to achieve, but at the end of the day, this means every application needs to bring its own dependencies. When the dependency in question cannot be redistributed, then we have a serious problem. That's what I'm facing today - surely there is an acceptable fix for this
