if we get our democracy back, we're only a few years from federal legalization, if that's any help.

Because now you can match fix by just throwing 1 ball. That wasn’t a thing you could do a decade an ago.
You can be 15th man Jontay Porter and match fix by not shooting. Couldn’t do that a decade ago
It’s not just the legalization, it’s the apps and the instantaneous betting.

How did legalization absolutely make match fixing easier? They caught everyone.
Do you have any idea how many matches have been fixed in the past that weren’t caught?

So yeah, legalization absolutely made match fixing easier, just like it made wagering easier. They go hand in hand. if your argument is that’s mitigated but the books being so good at catching this stuff we shouldn’t worry, it’s your job to justify why it took 3+ seasons to do anything about this

You think pitchers were throwing intentional ball 1s when those couldn’t be wagered on pre legalization?

Can barely believe it myself, that we pay people to come up with, spend enormous amounts of time and money on, paying people who know nothing fortunes to do little to nothing, to come up with pointless social media ban to pacify their Christian arseholes usually there to prevent legalization of pot.

The fact the saw the Liberals go from 3rd place to 1st place in Canada a decade ago largely running on marijuana legalization, $10/day daycare, carbon tax (which they reneged on) and electoral reform (which they wiffed) and decided to do none of that stuff still baffles my mind...

Interesting to see support for legalization take such a stark nosedive among Republicans. I mean, it seems like support is leveling off regardless, but Republicans had a 10+ point dip.

I can say with 100% certainty that the legalization of thc beverages in minnesota allowed me to stop drinking booze and saved me from continuing a cycle of substance abuse trauma. please don’t let the puritans take that away.
health-wise, the emergence of the canna-beverage industries have been a great addition to the N/A beverages market for those who have cut alcohol out of their lives or cut back on drinking, but still want some level of "normalized" experience when going to a bar or music venue or whatever.

They declined the case to avoid putting themselves in that position. IMO
We have seen SCOTUS rulings that seem to suggest they are impartial &

One of the side benefits of the Supreme Court refusing to consider an appeal by County Clerk Kim Davis, seeking to overturn the legalization of same sex marriage is that now she is required to pay the $360,000 judgement against her for violating the rights of same sex couples.

Ok, so Indiana has limited legality from what I could find. The only way to objectively measure that is if it gets legalized or at least medicinal flower becomes legal. That assumes that that is kind bud in Indiana at $20-40 market rate.
