I can hardly wait to make my own slaws & sauerkraut. I adore good sauerkraut. I have red cabbage growing, too, and am putting in another bunch of green cabbage to see if I make it before hard frost.

They won the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, the EPA. Now, those protections are being undone.
