it didn’t used to be: in the 80s, 90s and early 2000s it was busy but not labyrinthine

An owl observes Cooper and Truman sneaking into One-Eyed Jack's. Its labyrinthine hallways are decorated with fruit wallpaper and gold-framed paintings of nudes.

They're a symbol of large airports being labyrinthine and maybe of some megaproject compromises (I think Heathrow is unique in making you take a people mover within the same terminal rather than just between terminals). I'm not 100% sure and Noah knows a lot less about this than I do.

thinking about how labyrinthine the doctor’s office i went to today was. there was no one at the front desk, just several slips of paper that each said “to get to xyz department, follow these steps” for each department

maybe the front desk guy forgot to take a slip and got lost…

I understand what you are saying about Kaine because of his constituents. But what proof do you have about Durbin and Sheehan? I have been told that the labyrinthine Congressional process will give each of them a chance to change their vote before anything gets to the stage of law.

So Noah Smith somehow got lost travelling from Dublin to Paris and almost lost his connection. I’m trying to work out what went wrong here.

once you get past my myriad skills and hobbies and dig through the rich interior mindscape from which i analyze the world and navigate that labyrinthine turns of my trauma-molded psyche i think we can all agree that there's just not that much going on, there.

I draw the boxes that confine you to these pages. Much in the same way I am confined to the prison of my own life, by the whim of some senseless deity.

I am *their* senseless deity. I have given them life. And coffee shops. And large labyrinthine caverns.

Wandering through a crazy, detailed, often dark and labyrinthine space while Helena Bonham narrates a twisted fairy tale scored to that music pulsing through your headset... whew man, it was a lot. Very cool, and somewhat unsettling, but also... it clearly stuck with me. :)

What if, instead of the dense and labyrinthine maps the Metroid franchise is known for, we just had sand
Are you ready to put wheels to sand?

Difficult to express how much I hate these kajillion-dollar companies, who are loosely colluding with one another to make something as simple as account management so labyrinthine as to be functionally impossible ❤️

Yeah, we are very far apart on this. Because fighting an entire people being exterminated takes precedence over labyrinthine rules that don’t make sense to a whole lot of people.

And it’s Palestine. Israel’s committing genocide in the West Bank too.

Thanks, Jon. Just reading about that. Congressional processes are labyrinthine and medieval. No wonder one stays in for decades. It takes that long to learn how to manoeuvre.

(4/7) one-bedroom flat, you might be looking at around £1,800 per month, with two-bedroom flats going upwards of £2,400. The area is well connected with transport links like Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale tube stations — ideal for commuting to the City or anywhere else London's labyrinthine
