Having a shared ES team dashboard (in this case Microsoft Planner) in case any team members leave and the review still needs to continue is a great idea for a more established service with lots of reviews #LESSS24

following a survey of identified evidence synthesis services around the U.S. and Canada, a vast majority don't charge a fee and don't argue for rationale for librarian team participation. Gaps in compensation for ES librarian work is interesting and challenging to overcome #LESSS24

Using LibAnswers to manage a custom evidence synthesis service workflow was not on my bingo card, but wow, impressive and thoughtful. Custom solutions will lead to custom difficulties and it sounds like any similar solution will need committment to maintain #LESSS24
