Money went through bank accounts. There is a trail. Did banks do KYC checks? If money went offshore, there is still a trail. Did recipients do strategic bankruptcy to avoid returning anything?

Finally, I think it is directionally true that many parts of our payment system (credit cards being the most obvious) have sufficient market concentration that there is value in new competitors. But that only works if those competitors still have to meet all the same KYC/AML rules.

If I remember my 2002-era cryptography right, anonymous group membership with zero-knowledge proofs is scalable, so maybe the KYC escrow really is my next startup

12桁のマイナンバーなら分かるけど、住民票コードって何やねんと。
・住所証明は試しに日本語の電気代送ってみたけどやっぱりNG
ufjのかんたん手続きアプリから、残高証明を英文住所有りで発行。
・残高証明（マンション名記載無し）送ったら、省略せず書いた住所出せと却下
日本の正式住所はマンション名含みませんと説明して、最初に提出していた住所をバンクステイトメントに合わせて修正させてもらった
