I was introduced to the concept via a Kirby Right Back At Ya episode as a child and i 100% believed that conveyer belt sushi was a concept made up only for the show. Finding out it existed in real life was a very Magical Moment....technology is amazing...

Animal Crossing: New Horizons, one of the biggest games on Switch recently got a Switch 2 Edition announced.
A brand new Smash will take years and Sakurai just got done with Kirby Air Riders.

It’s genuinely the best kart racer right now. Kirby Air Riders is gonna be really good but it’s a kart racer in the same way Smash Bros is a fighting game, if that makes sense. Crossworlds is really fun *and* super mod-able if you’re on PC!

For some reason I can't find like any info on what the screen resolution is in Kirby Air Riders, all I'm finding is people complaining about how the game looks???? My TV says it's doing 4K when I'm playing it so I'm going to assume it's 1440p upscaled like Splatoon

Course there’s also Kirby’s Jimmy book. I thought I mention it since it’s A Jack Kirby and B I hear good things as well. Just I haven’t ready so can’t give u much of an opinion like everyone else
