I don’t say things like this about judges often, but if you’re criticizing KBJ on appellate procedure, you better have some kind of qualifications beyond just being a poster

Fascinating inside baseball. The omission of those seven words is easy to miss, but it points toward a sharp dispute behind the scenes—KBJ wanted to make it as clear as possible that she did not support extending this stay any further.
Indeed, the text of the order doesn’t include the usual “and by her referred to the Court.” So Jackson clearly got overruled here.

In other words, the Court is trying to buy itself two more days to see if the House approves the shutdown deal (which may well moot this case), rather than having to rule *now* on whether USDA can be forced to fully fund SNAP for November. And KBJ objects because she’d just deny the application now.
