These CEOs are so incredibly thin-skinned that the idea of them being able to work an actual service job for five minutes during a real rush. The noise and the frustrated customers would reduce them to screaming at everyone.

They treat the male standard as the default because they hope it will exclude women, but that standard was never based on the rigors of the job. If it were then it would be practical tests of can you carry the required gear for the required distance. Instead it is how many pull-ups can you do.

No kidding if I could find a cafe job that respected my availability with my field sales job I would do it! Problem is my in person days for work are Friday-Sunday, and no business would be cool with me not being available for the 3 busiest days of the week in food/bev! 🫣

i'm very stressed out about this all of a sudden. My job is really precarious right now because there's literally no work in the industry, and them keeping me on is a courtesy and they don't want to lose me.

I live in Virginia and although my senator did what he did, I know he was getting a lot of calls from people heading into winter scared. The looming threat of no electricity, no shelter and no job is overwhelming
