Just finished Exposure by Ramona Emerson! This is the 2nd book to Shutter. This picks up right where we left off. The intense detail that is given in these books is wild. Rita is a Navajo crime scene photographer who sees ghosts. ⬇️ #BookSky #IndigenousBookSky

Just finished Braiding Sweetgrass and it's equal part infuriating, informative, and hopeful. It's grounding in a way I didn't fully expect and low-key funny. I think Kimmerer is only the 2nd indigenous author I've read (w/ Alexie) and I need to change that.
