Impeachable Act of the Day
Trump admitted that he pardoned corrupt Democrat Cuellar so that Cuellar wouldn't run for reelection as a Dem. Cuellar is running as a Dem anyway and Trump is fuming about his "lack of loyalty."

The corruption is sickening, and right out in the open.

I thought I had seen it all in some sense in the 15 years I handled corporate fraud cases.

Nope. Staggering what this administration is doing. Just straight bribery (impeachable offense), corruption and grifting.

All of us suffer for it.

In other words, Trump admits he was trying to use his pardon power to buy Republicans a House seat.

This whole situation is as unconditional and impeachable as possible. The President does not hold the power to levy taxes nor the power to distribute funds
Trump: "I'm delighted to announce this afternoon that the US will be taking a small portion of the hundreds of billions of dollars we receive in tariffs ... and we're going to be giving and providing it to the farmers in economic assistance. We love our farmers. The farmers like me ... $12 billion"

This alone is impeachable behavior.

Trump's threat of an EO to override State's AI regulations is unconstitutional and interferes with states rights. As President, he has limited authority to interfere with States, and depends on laws passed by Congress.

"Abuse of Office" is what we used to call this, an impeachable offense.

And if you want to pin it on a particular case, an instance when they were not merely wrong but did immense violence to the Constitution itself, it's the immunity ruling. There's your properly impeachable offense. They concocted and imposed on us an overtly royalist and anti-constitutional doctrine.

Nothing to see here, just another impeachable offence by the worst Piece of shit to ever be President.
December 7, 2025 at 10:25 PM
Have not seen any proof that the president has any right to order this. This doesn't fall under his official duties And should be impeachable and open to indictment and prosecution.

I really don't understand at this point what they think the negative consequences to themselves would be to say these actions are impeachable

Alito and Thomas are very clear impeachable cases and the fact it never occurred during the Biden administration still infuriates me

People think the Press is ignoring all of Trump's impeachable offenses. The real Press is not ignoring it. People need to realize that network TV is entertainment. YouTube shows like Meidastouch, The Bulwark, Brian Tyler Cohen and the like are the Press. Local papers are too.

Another impeachable offence to add to the tome
December 7, 2025 at 2:53 PM
I never said that during the first Trump admin, and it's far from a certainty now since nobody in D leadership is even supportive of impeachment today.

However, the president is a lame duck, spectacularly unpopular, constantly doing new impeachable things, Rs are starting to distance themselves...

There are so many impeachable offenses, that it is almost hard to know where to stop. At this point I don't care if this Senate fails to convict. Screw them. Let them go on record protecting him again, right before 2026 elections.

Kash Patel should be asked why he’s lying about 1/6 publicly. Every person in the world knows who planned 1/6 and who is responsible. 1600 were behind bars. Convicted of their insane belief the election was stolen.

This is impeachable. Kash is unfit. They ALL are.
