How many now? 70 something people blown up by tRump n hegseth. How many people are missing because of tRump n repubs? This keeps getting worse until tRump is arrested for so very many crimes. Immunity for tRump is about as stupid as stupid gets

There is no T cell "damage", "exhaustion" or "dysfunction".
-T cells are extremely specific, which T cells does this apply to?
-If there was anything wrong, how come we do not see any of it? We see very good immunity, against SARS-CoV-2 and all other infections, just as pre-2020.

The pardons were symbolic and proactive (bc one never knows how the world might turn). The malfeasant 🍊 King has absolute immunity whilst his nefarious enablers and hangers on receive pardons. And, so it goes.

There's a word for when someone incurs debt which they have no intention, or ability, to repay: fraud. SCOTUS may have declared that Presidents have legal immunity but that certainly doesn't extend to everyone else in the chain of command below that office.

Phage Protein Hijacks Host Enolase to Block Immunity
In a groundbreaking discovery that reshapes our understanding of the arms race between bacteria and viruses, researchers have identified a novel anti-CRISPR protein that cleverly exploits a host enzyme to subvert bacterial immune defenses. This newly characterized protein, AcrIIIA2, encoded by phages infecting the bacterium Streptococcus thermophilus, unveils an intricate mechanism by which viruses counteract the potent type III-A CRISPR immune system. The study not only deepens insight into the molecular tug-of-war at the microscopic scale but also reveals broader implications for microbial ecology and biotechnology. For more than a decade, the CRISPR-Cas system has mesmerized scientists as a powerful

The provision then obviates ALL forms of immunity: absolute, qualified, and sovereign. They can sue the US itself for damages. They can't sue individual federal officers, so I'm not sure yet why the bill is obviating individual immunities. But maybe there could be vicarious liability avenues? 5/n

When SCOTUS gives the executive branch immunity for all "official actions," where in the Constitution is that defined?
They (by they, I mean six who sit on today's court) claim to be originalists but invent strange reasons to abandon the Constitution when they want to do so.

That's great, but the Supreme Court needs to grow a spine and throw out Trump's presidential immunity and put that criminal behind bars!

The actions of the court have led to a dramatic distrust of the court by the public. SCOTUS has become untrustworthy because their rulings don't make constitutional sense – AND they have allowed their peers to profit nicely from their position via gifts. (See immunity ruling as an example.)

They also never intended for police or ANYONE to have immunity from prosecution.
The writers of the Constitition never intended for a criminal tyrant to be president.

I got an idea... Darth Bond. He built up an immunity to the poison. The explosion has him on the precipice of death but he's saved by the emperor of the united kingdom who puts him in a suit to survive his wounds
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

What I'm curious is how that provision can be in any way Constitutional? They effectively gave themselves a statutory pardon/immunity. And, in the same breath are offended that Jack Smith got legal access to records in order to pursue a case against a former President. This is so upside down.

Senators include provision in budget law allowing them to sue over properly secured access to their phone records over misconduct. They may not have king like immunity, but definitely want to make it hard for themselves to be investigated for corruption or fraud.
Thune secures provision in government funding bill letting senators sue for phone records seizure
The new legislative language is an escalation of the GOP’s efforts to discredit former special counsel Jack Smith.

Faith is cold as ice —
Why are little ones born only to suffer
For the want of immunity
Or a bowl of rice?
Well, who would hold a price
On the heads of the innocent children
If there’s some immortal power
To control the dice
Why are little ones born only to suffer
For the want of immunity
Or a bowl of rice?
Well, who would hold a price
On the heads of the innocent children
If there’s some immortal power
